The Making of a Pre-Planetary Nebula

Our own Dr. Martin Huarte-Espinosa and his colleagues were featured on Nova’s research highlights from the journals of the American Astronomical Society.  Dr. Huarte-Espinosa’s research involves looking into the origins of pre-planetary nebulas and how they obtain their shapes.  One would expect them to be spherical but observation has shown many different shapes.

Make sure you check out the full NOVA article here.

Congratulations to Dr. Huarte-Espinosa and his colleagues.
